The M100 prototype is currently under production at the LUXNAV garage in Menlo Park, CA. Base systems have been provided through a grant by one of the founders and are built on technology from Toyota, Downey, and King. The M100 will serve as a proof of concept vehicle, showcasing the various enhanced alternative energy systems under development at LUXNAV. Maybeline, as she's fondly referred to at www.solartruckstory.com, will be featured in the LUXNAV Podcast Series and is set to premiere in January 2009.
